AHRAJ

ICJ Kenya and ICJ Sweden are jointly implementing the African Human Rights and Access to Justice Programme - (AHRAJ) as an ICJ Africa Access to Justice Initiative with support from the Swedish International Development Agency and partner non governmental organizations in Africa.

The programme promotes, preserves and strengthens the legal protection and enforcement of human rights in countries in eastern, western and southern Africa through cooperation and complementary activities with partner NGOs.

It focuses on strengthening domestication of international human rights standards in four thematic areas, which are Labour Rights, Health Rights, Women's Rights and the Right to Fair Trial. See the Eligibility Criteria.
