ICJ KENYA held its 2011 Annual Jurists Conference in Malindi, at Turtle Bay Hotel on 29th November – 3rd December 2011.

The theme of the conference was “Electoral Reforms in Africa: Deepening Democracy and the Rule of Law in Africa- Are African States ready for elections?”
