Jack Muriuki was elected as a council member in 2009.  Jack also serves in the Jurist of the Year Award Committee as a member.   He is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted to the Bar in 2000.  His areas of interest include International Criminal Law and International Human Rights Law.  He served as defence counsel at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
